Hello!
It's good to see you.
Hello and welcome!
Thank you for stopping by.
I am so glad that you found me and if you like what you see, or even if you don’t quite frankly, please do give me a follow or, even better, a subscribe.
A little bit about me…
Born in the mid sixties, a Yorkshire lass through and through, who at the age of 59, sold up, packed up and relocated to the South West of England, Somerset, along with my husband and Dog, to start a new adventure and hopefully find myself. I say find myself, as I believed I had been misplaced around 9 years earlier, when I had allowed the menopause and life choices to fill me with self-doubt and anxiety, which in turn robbed me of confidence and purpose until I no longer knew who I was. My inner voice went on a downward spiral and self-respect and self-love had left the building. Sadly, this all resulted in a great deal of missed opportunities and experiences, although on a positive note a number of life lessons were learnt along the way.
Of course, relocating 600 miles down the country changed very little.
I took my mental baggage along with me although, thankfully, it took up little room in the car as we were packed to capacity, but unfortunately it did fill every part of my available headspace. I could go on and on with the doom and gloom but I will save that for another time if anyone is interested in knowing how things went and how I managed to pull myself out of the doldrums.
Hitting 60 was a turning point, because now I had the opportunity to be so much more. Having been a small fish in the 50 pool, I now feel like a big fish in the 60 pool!
I have done a lot of research of how to find your place within social media, find your niche they say, well sometimes you just are your own niche. So bring it on, and please do join me in my endeavours to live a fabulous next decade and just maybe you will find a little inspiration and motivation to live your best decade too, whichever one you are currently in. Let’s do this…
Lots of love
